Visit From The Philippines!
A couple of weeks ago (from todays date 21-10-09) we got a visit from some of Father McCrossan's friends from the Philippines. Three women came and visited 6th and 5th classes for a little while. Observe the pictures>>>>>
They said a prayer in their filipino language for us and 6th class played the tin whistle for them.
It was good fun.We hope to see them again!:)

Holocaust
Sixth class are planting yellow crocuses in memory of the 1.5 million jewish children that were killed during the Holocaust. They were put into concentration camps during the second world war.The Nazis thought that jews were weak and made them wear a yellow star as a sign of being a jew. In German the star said 'JUDE' which was German for jew. We remember all the people that died during the Holocaust by planting yellow crocuses.
